"Found the perfect frame fast"
I found the frame I wanted surprisingly quickly, and there were tons of options to choose from. So many good styles that it was almost dangerous for my wallet, but I’m really happy with what I picked.

Every time I ordered, the accessories were included without me having to ask or follow up, which I really appreciated. It’s a small thing, but it makes the whole experience feel a lot smoother when everything you expect to come with it is actually in the box

I ordered a pair of frames that showed as in stock, and they actually were, which was a relief. I’ve had other sites send a backorder email after the fact, so I was kind of expecting that again for some reason. But these shipped quickly and everything was fine. I’d order from Designer Optics again

"Frames seem tough so far"
I’ve had these frames for a bit now they’ve held up better than I expected. They feel durable in everyday use. I’m still a little wary because I never fully trust customer service to be helpful if something goes wrong, but so far I haven’t needed them.

"The glasses themselves showed up in good…"
The glasses themselves showed up in good condition and looked like what I ordered, so no issue there. But the box was beat up, and the case inside had dust on it, which was kind of disappointing for the price. I even felt like nobody really read or cared about the order/message before sending it out. Nothing was broken, thankfully, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better.

"I found the frames I wanted…"
I found the frames I wanted on Designer Optics for a lot less than I was seeing elsewhere, so I figured I’d give them a shot. The glasses showed up looking really nice, and the quality feels good, especially for what I paid. The packaging wasn’t anything fancy, but that didn’t bother me. I did reach out with a quick question and support basically said something like, “Your order is on track and you’ll get the tracking info soon,” which was helpful enough. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and I’d probably shop here again if I need another pair

"Warranty came through, but the wait was annoying"
I had an issue with the frames and had to go back and forth with the warranty team over a few emails. It took longer than I hoped, which was frustrating, but they did eventually help me out and got it sorted.

"Clear lenses and a little win for me"
I got my glasses from designeroptics the prescription seems spot on. I can see clearly and I haven’t had any weird eye strain, which is a small win because new glasses usually take me a bit to adjust to. Shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, but the lenses are right, so overall I’m happy with them.

"Legit frames, just wish shipping was faster"
I was a little nervous about ordering designer frames online since my sister had warned me to be careful with stuff like that, but the pair I got from Designer Optics seems legit. They came with the branded case, cleaning cloth, and the model info matched what I looked up online. The frames feel solid and look great in person. I’m giving 4 stars because the shipping updates were slow and they showed up a few days later than I expected. Overall though, I’m happy with the glasses themselves.

“These aren't knockoffs they are the real deal cheap frames cannot have prescription lenses in them and my Gucci and Burberry frames I purchased both have my prescriptions in them”
